1. Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A tracking code will be emailed upon dispatch. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and UPS:

Note: For non-USA orders, buyers are responsible for local import duties and taxes. 2. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
3. Transit Damage & Defect Refunds
Due to high international freight costs, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges once shipped.

Damage Upon Delivery: If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt.

Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping fees) upon verification. Approved refunds process back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

How to Claim: Email info@yinron.com with your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a clear photo showing the YINRON product label.

Exclusions: Claims may be declined if sufficient visual proof is withheld. Local customs fees/taxes are non-refundable. Issues resulting from improper installation, post-delivery abuse, or misuse (e.g., racing, extreme off-roading) are not covered.
