YINRON Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A tracking code will be emailed upon dispatch. We ship via FedEx, DHL, and UPS:

• USA: 9–12 days via DDP Express (import duties & taxes included).

• Canada & Mexico: 4–7 days.

• Europe & Middle East: 5–7 business days.

• East & Southeast Asia: 2–4 days.

• Oceania: 3–5 days | Africa: 5–9 days.

Note: For non-USA orders, buyers are responsible for local import duties and taxes. If a package is returned or destroyed because the buyer refuses customs clearance/tax payment, no refund will be issued. Please double-check your shipping address; YINRON is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided.

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Transit Damage & Defect Refunds

Due to high international freight costs, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges once shipped.

• Damage Upon Delivery: If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us with photos within 48 hours of receipt.

• Manufacturing Defects: If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund (including original shipping fees) upon verification. Approved refunds process back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

• How to Claim: Email info@yinron.com with your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and a clear photo showing the YINRON product label.

• Exclusions: Claims may be declined if sufficient visual proof is withheld. Local customs fees/taxes are non-refundable. Issues resulting from improper installation, post-delivery abuse, or misuse (e.g., racing, extreme off-roading) are not covered.
