At YINRON, we stand behind the durability and performance of our air suspension components. Due to high international freight and customs costs, please review our guidelines regarding cancellations, damage claims, and refunds below:

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

2. Standard Returns & Exchanges

Because international shipping fees and import tariffs are substantial, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for non-quality issues once an item has been shipped.

3. Shipping Damage & Manufacturing Defects

  • Damage Upon Delivery: If your package arrives physically damaged during transit, please take photos/videos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Quality Defects: If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will offer you one of the following solutions upon verification:

    • A free replacement product shipped directly to you.

    • A full refund of your purchase price, including original shipping fees.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

4. Claim Process & Verification

To request a replacement or refund for a defective or damaged product, please email info@yinron.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos and short videos demonstrating the specific defect or damage.

  3. A clear photo or video showing the original YINRON product label.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Proof Required: YINRON reserves the right to decline claims if adequate photo/video proof is withheld or not provided.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Government-assessed local customs duties, taxes, and administrative clearance fees are non-refundable by YINRON.

  • Misuse & Improper Fitment: Claims will not be approved for issues resulting from improper installation, unapproved fitment, physical damage occurring after delivery, or misuse (such as racing, competitive events, or extreme off-road driving).
